Slowly collected from all our morel miso batches, this tamari is truly special. True tamari is made from miso fermentation, and the yield is always very small. This tamari has hints of smokiness and a rich meaty flavor. It is truly a culinary delight.
Ingredients: Rancho Gordo chickpeas, organic kokuho rose rice, wild foraged morel mushrooms, sea salt, water, koji culture.
