Grow your own koji at home! Please specify if you would llike Aspergillus Oryzae or Aspergillus Sojae upon checkout.  We mix each packet with rice flour to help settle the spores and help with the inoculation process. Each packet will inoculate 5 lbs of koji.

    1. SHIPPING (USPS Priority Mail)

      • Cost: Based on weight and distance.

      • Please note that we only ship packages on Monday/Tuesday.

    2. PICK UP IN PERSON (Our commercial kitchen in Potrero Hill, San Francisco, CA)

      • Cost FREE

      • Upcoming Pickup Times - Keep an eye out for an email or text message from us! We reach out every Wednesday to arrange and confirm your pick up time. Our weekly pick up times are generally during the week during regular business hours. 

    3. DELIVERY for select areas in the San Francisco Bay Area only

      • Cost: $15 per order*

      • We typically deliver orders on Thursdays. We will reach out to you directly and schedule your delivery time.
