Sea salt is infused with koji and then slowly dehydrated to preserve enzyme activity. It is blended with wild foraged three-cornered leek flowers, which taste like onions, garlic, and chives. This is a fermented salt, rich in amino acids which translates to a lot of umami!

      • We typically deliver orders on Thursdays. We will reach out to you directly and schedule your delivery time.
