This special, premium reserve miso is handcrafted with fermented huitlacoche grown on red and yellow corn from Tierra Vegetables, San Francisco-grown koji, Koda Farms' organic heirloom rice, and Rancho Gordo black beans.
 
Tasting Notes: Nutty, smoky, citrus, sweet corn.

Ingredients: Rancho Gordo midnight black beans, organic kokuho rose rice, huitlacoche, sea salt, water, koji culture.

      • Upcoming Pickup Times - Keep an eye out for an email or text message from us! We reach out every Wednesday to arrange and confirm your pick up time. Our weekly pick up times are generally during the week during regular business hours. 

    3. DELIVERY for select areas in the San Francisco Bay Area only

      • Cost: $15 per order*

      • We typically deliver orders on Thursdays. We will reach out to you directly and schedule your delivery time.
