Huitlacoche Miso Tamari
Slowly collected from our special huitlacoche premium reserve miso, this tamari is sweet and nutty, with hints of citrus and sweet corn. Complex in flavor, this tamari is both zesty and rich in umami. True tamari is made from miso fermentation, and the yield is always very limited and special.
Ingredients: Rancho Gordo midnight black beans, organic kokuho rose rice, huitlacoche, sea salt, water, koji culture.
