Honeynut squash from Full Belly Farm (Capay Valley, CA) are roasted and fermented with heirloom koji rice and Rancho Gordo butter beans to create a miso full of flavor. Perfectly balanced and delicious right out of the jar, this miso is sweet and salty, with notes of maple and caramel.
Ingredients: Rancho Gordo large white lima beans, organic kokuho rose rice, organic honeynut squash, sea salt, water, koji culture.
