Honeynut Squash Miso Tamari
Slowly collected from our honeynut squash miso, this tamari is sweet and nutty, with notes of maple and caramel. Complex in flavor, this tamari is like maple syrup and is rich in umami. True tamari is made from miso fermentation, and the yield is always very limited and special.
Ingredients: Rancho Gordo large white lima beans, organic kokuho rose rice, organic honeynut squash, sea salt, water, koji culture.
