Espelette and Rocoto Pepper Miso Tamari
Combining the slowly collected tamari from our espelette pepper miso and rocoto pepper miso, this special tamari is sweet and umami with complex notes of caramelized apples, fresh tomatoes, and smoke. True tamari is made from miso fermentation and the yield is always very limited and special.
Ingredients: Rancho Gordo flageolet beans, organic red lentils, organic kokuho rose rice, espelette peppers, organic rocoto peppers, sea salt, water, koji culture.
