Black Trumpet Mushroom Miso Tamari
Slowly collected from our black trumpet mushroom miso, this tamari is rich and nutty, with hints of smoke and black tea. Complex in flavor, this tamari is both earthy and rich in umami. True tamari is made from miso fermentation, and the yield is always very limited and special.
Ingredients: Rancho Gordo french green lentils, organic kokuho rose rice, wild foraged black trumpet mushrooms, sea salt, water, koji culture.
