Slowly collected from our black garlic miso, this tamari is truly special. True tamari is made from miso fermentation, and the yield is always very small. This tamari has sweet notes of dates and caramelized balsamic. It is truly a culinary delight.
Ingredients: Rancho Gordo midnight black beans, organic kokuho rose rice, black garlic, sea salt, water, koji culture.
