This small batch shoyu is micro-brewed by hand for 2 years using traditional Japanese soy sauce brewing methods. Organic soybeans and wheat are fermented with water sourced from Yosemite National Park, and sea salt from the Pacific Ocean to create this special bottle. Smooth and balanced, this shoyu has deep notes of caramelized umami and is full of flavor.
