2-Year Aged Miso Tamari
This 2-year-aged Miso Tamari is truly special. Two years ago, we crafted a miso with one Michelin starred Restaurant Nisei while we were still in our first shared commercial kitchen. Fast forward to today, we’ve harvested the miso and saved the precious tamari from this exclusive batch to bottle and share with you. From a 100 lb batch, we were only able to yield 32 precious bottles. True miso tamari is very hard to find and only comes from miso production. These bottles are now available to you. If you can imagine a deeply rich umami tamari with the consistency of a dense, thick balsamic vinegar—this is it, and more.
